Terms of use

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AppDestroy (Paul Caracciolo), the publisher of Auxly ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Auxly.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Usernames that impersonate others or are offensive may be changed or removed.

Your content

You own the reviews, ratings, photos and other content you post. You give Auxly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the app and in share images you create, for as long as it's on Auxly. Delete it and the license ends (copies already shared by you elsewhere aren't affected).

Community rules

Auxly has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything that:

harasses, threatens, bullies or hates on anyone, including artists and other users;
is sexually explicit, violent, or illegal;
is spam, advertising, or deliberately misleading;
infringes someone else's rights, or shares someone's private information;
impersonates another person.

You can report any review and hide anyone's reviews from your view. Reviews reported by several people are hidden automatically while we look into them. We act on reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Music, artwork and concerts

Album and artist information, artwork and previews come from third parties such as Deezer and belong to their respective owners. Concert listings come from Ticketmaster; tickets are sold by Ticketmaster under its own terms, and Auxly isn't a party to those purchases. Show dates and details can change; check the ticket page before you go.

Using Auxly

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, automated accounts, interfering with the app or its servers, or getting around its limits or security. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

Auxly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party content, services or events. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app, and continuing to use Auxly means you accept it. Questions: appdestroy@gmail.com.
